Archbishop Duke Council (Council 6855)

Archbishop Duke Council 6855 was granted its charter on October 19, 1976. From that date until the summer of 1991, the council served Richmond's three parishes: St. Monica's, St. Paul's and St. Joseph the Worker.

Council 6855, after the successful formation of Christopher Columbus Council 10681 at St. Joseph the Worker in 1991, moved to St. Paul's Parish. Council 6855 served Canadian Martyrs Parish until Council 11916 was installed in 1997, and also served St. Monica's Parish until Council 12861 was installed in January 20, 2001. The council sponsors a variety of church and community services throughout Richmond. Many projects have become joint ventures in the brotherhood with the participation of the four councils in Richmond.
